When will my order ship?
Most of the time if an order is placed before noon on a week day, the order will ship out the same day. However, during busy periods it can take up to 2 business days to dispatch so if you have a trip coming up please contact us and let us know your situation so we can prioritize getting it to you before you leave.

Notes for New Zealand shipping:
Orders within NZ are shipped from our Wanaka warehouse. This means that South Island orders are "usually" delivered within 2-3 working days and North Island are 4-5 days. We don't offer overnight postage as we have trialed this in the past and it often doesn't arrive overnight regardless.
Shipping days:
Orders ship only Monday through Friday; we do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or public holidays.
Tracking Your Order
Check your email. You will receive emails regarding the status of your order at the address you entered during checkout. Tracking information is typically emailed within 24 hours after your order is assigned to the courier.
Please Note: Tracking does not start to work until it is first scanned by the driver, so even though we can send out tracking numbers, it may give an error until it's scanned and picked up from our warehouse.
Shipping Restrictions
- Due to demand for certain products we cannot guarantee every product's availability for immediate shipment. Seeker NZ ships orders in full, but upon special request we can sometimes fulfill partial shipments.
- We are unable to ship to multiple addresses at this time.
- We will not ship to PO Boxes
- Shipping charges are non-refundable. In the event of a return or if a package isn't deliverable by a carrier - only the cost of the merchandise is eligible for a refund.
