PERMISSION TO RETURN AND TO RECEIVE CREDIT

We will accept return of merchandise ONLY IF IN SALEABLE CONDITION and notification is within 30 days of receipt. We will Issue Credit to your account or Credit Card. For unwanted merchandise the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer. Please email orders@solis.nz

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT MERCHANDISE

We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be our responsibility.

IS MY PRODUCT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY?

Products will be covered for a specified period of time (depending on brand and product) for material or manufacturing faults only. This excludes fair wear and tear. Additionally, your product will need to have been purchased by you new from an authorised dealer or retailer.

Products will be either replaced or repaired at our discretion.

Salomon products are protected by a limited warranty, which covers all non-conformance with manufacturing or material specifications. Only products purchased from an authorized Salomon retailer or Salomon.com are protected by our limited warranty.

The warranty period begins on the original date of purchase and is Two (2) years for footwear.

 

WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR SUBMITTING A WARRANTY CLAIM?

  1. Please ensure your product is clean and dry. 
  2. Please fill out this form first to obtain an RA number. You should not return an item by mail until you have this RA number to include in the packaging.
  3. Send us in the item for inspection. Please include a note outlining your personal details, your RA number and enclose your proof of purchase with the package.
  4. We will be in touch to inform you of the result of your claim.
